Finals Reviews
May. 11th, 2005 01:26 pmReview of Finals 3 and 4-
Final 3- Contracts. I was a little worried about this one going in, because is is closed everything but our Universal Commercial Code and Restatements supplement. And our class was meeting about every third week for one reason or another. It was one question with multiple issues and a 5 page fact pattern, and I took the full two hours. I think I did at least as well as last semester (c+) but feel like it coule be in the B range.
Fianl 4- Torts This was not terribly difficult. 4 multipart questions, all essay and short answer, and we had three hours. It took me about 2 hours and 35 mins. I feel pretty good about it, probably B range, or c+
Coming Friday the 13th, Civ Pro II, the hardest final of them all. Yippee.
