Its Official

I talk to the property manager of the place I put in the rental application to and I was approved, so as of May 1st, I have a new apartment!  Yay!  Its 2 bedroom, 1.75 baths, a large kitchen with a dining area on one side, a breakfast bar, included Washer and Dryer, and a fireplace.

This is the floor plan.
