Friday Night:
Tulsa Ballet's Great Gatsby with Peter. Dinner ala Arby's. Gift exchange. Peter got an obscure film he wanted (Nomad). I got a silver lavalier necklace of Peter's fraternity letters. This is sort of like when the fraternity guy pinned his girl friend in the old 50's movies.
Saturday: Breakfast from scratch. Couples goofing off in bookstores. Appetizers and a round at KilKenny's. Visit to LaDonna's fancy foods to browse. Dinner at Olive Garden. Snuggles while watching Nomad and drinking a very, very dry champagne.
Sunday: Leisurely wake-up. Got cleaned up, took Peter on a kidnap adventure. Lunch at the Rock Cafe in Stroud. Visit to the StableRidge winery in Stroud, fantastic wines, friendly people. Attempt to find Nuyaka Creek Winery in Bristow, but fail completely. Next time, bringing a map. Find third winery, Whispering Vines, in West Tulsa, but they were closed (contrary to hours on OK Wineries Tourism site).
