Jan. 6th, 2011 08:54 am1) Men's clothing for the husband. Other than the viking style tunic I made him for the event where his Apprentice brother was getting elevated to the Pelican (and he was getting his GOA, though he didn't know it at the time), he hasn't had new clothes since I made him Bedu 4 years ago. Plus, I want to take our garb up a notch. So at the moment, I am finishing a hand sewn, linen-cotton cloth/silk thread St. Louis shirt for him. If I get it done tonight, I plain to start on Braise, and then try to knock out a woolen cote next week. Then, hosen (I am dreading these). Ideally, I would like to have a full outfit for him by wInterkingdom at the end of the month.
2) Research for the Trifecta entries for Kingdom A&S. I am doing one cooking (debating single dish v. course categories), one writing in a period style entery, and one TBD (possibly a beverage, possibly research).
3) Tentative research into the feasibility of next year's Kingdom A&S entry (yes, I am planning that far ahead).
4) Re-fitting the sleeves on two gowns, plus a new neckline on one.
5) Possibly a new sideless for me.
