I have seen my cyst....
and I am naming him Herbert. My ENT guy (the fancy name for his specialty makes me think of birds, so for now, he's the ENT guy, and he was very encouraging. My cyst is back down to small after the Amoxicilin from hell regimen, and is, according to Dr. F, textbook. I even got to see pictures on the ultra-sound (free, since the new protocol is to have your own machine, and Dr. F is still learning to use his). Also, my thyroid is "small, but very cleaning looking). And there are no risk signs that Herbert is some kind of carcinoma, which is good. I expect we will probably schedule the surgery for the second or third week in February.
I wonder if I get to keep Herbert in a jar, after its over. I could bring him to class and populace and staff meetings for show and tell.

Glad to hear everything went well. Does that mean you get to go to the event with us??

But then Pavel would want to bring HIS excised bits, and Marcus would want to bring HIS excised bits, and, well, do you REALLY want to start that kind of one-upmanship in GRIMFELLS?
(We lose more body parts after midnight and before 6 am than most people will admit to... or something like that.)
